The NEBULA Dos And Don’ts Manual For Young Entrepreneurs: aimed at young (18-25 years old) aspiring entrepreneurs having the goal to equip them with the needed knowledge, and inspiration, to successfully lead a regeneration project.
Its development will start with a desk research and collection of case studies of successful urban regeneration projects in Europe, together with a set of business models and managerial practices underpinning these projects. During this phase will be taken into account the finalists and winners of the NEB Prizes 2021 and 2022, particularly from the categories “regenerated urban and rural spaces”, “mobilisation of culture, arts and communities” and “preserved and transformed cultural heritage”.

Contents for the e-courses : the partnership will draw which are the most important skills that a young entrepreneurs should possess to be assessed in the e-courses.
It is envisioned the creation of 3 modules respectively on:

• Finance: a sound financial management is key to any venture; enabling the self-sustainability of the projects will be the goal of the information contained in this module;
• Management: different business management approaches, Soft skills needed to positively act as a leader and sustainable business practices will be taken into account;
• Communication: leveraging on the great experience of the partners, users will be equipped with state-of-the-art competencies on how to communicate their initiatives exploiting the new media
